Speaker:  Glenn Yonemitsu, Managing Director, leads the High-Impact Firms Advisory practice, helping high-potential firms scale and achieve their growth potential.

With over 30 years of experience in industries like manufacturing, construction, medical devices, and transportation, Glenn has held executive positions at companies with revenues ranging from $1M to $100M. His strategic planning and capital-raising skills have transformed businesses into industry leaders, achieving explosive growth rates of 100% or more. Notable
achievements include scaling a company from $17M to $140M in three years and increasing another's valuation by 20 times in two years. In 2018, one of his projects won the Gold Medal in the Constantinus International Awards. Glenn co-founded Quantum Shift to help Canada's top entrepreneurs transition to the next level of growth. An entrepreneur at heart, he celebrated the 25th anniversary of one of his private businesses in 2023.

Glenn earned an undergraduate degree from Western University, an MBA from the Ivey Business School, was recognized by his peers as a Fellow - Certified Management Consultant, and served as Canada's Lead Delegate to CMC-Global for six years.
