Topic: The Post-Closing Landscape: What happens after an M&A deal closes?

A transaction is not successful because it closes. Transaction economics are agreed once. They must be protected repeatedly. This session will explore how transaction economics are ultimately resolved through post-closing purchase price (working capital) adjustments, escrow releases, and earnouts as key post-closing items that may be completed months or years after closing. Indemnification claims, representations and warranties, as well as post-closing disputes may also arise.

With 15+ years of professional experience spanning M&A, Big 4 public accounting, transaction advisory, corporate finance and accounting, and professional shareholder representative services. Kimberly has worked on all phases of transaction execution, from financial due diligence through the post-closing, including integration activities.
