The M&A Forum, organized by the M&A Club, is the largest annual gathering of mergers and acquisitions professionals in Canada. For its 20th edition, more than 450 participants – business leaders, investors, successors, and financing experts – will meet at the prestigious Windsor in Montreal for a half-day of high-level panels, conferences, and networking opportunities.

With over 1,500 active members, the M&A Club is the leading network for facilitating deal closures and developing strategic relationships within the business ecosystem.

The M&A Forum 2025 will deliver economic insights, real-world case studies, and inspiring discussions to better understand market dynamics and drive the growth of Quebec and Canadian businesses.

The 20th edition of the M&A Forum will be held with Ms. Bicha Ngo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Investissement Québec, as Guest of Honor.
